The expo hours will be open to the public from 11:00am to 3:00pm and it will be at Collective Coffee Shop inside Bloom Church at 2353 State Highway 248 in Branson.
Set up time for the expo will be from 10:00am to 11:00am. Tear down will be from 3:00pm to whenever you get finished.
It will be an open to the public expo where the public will be invited to see the different booths/table spaces representing all the different coffee businesses we have here in the Table Rock region of the Ozarks!
The latte art competition will be that evening, registration starts at 5:30pm and the first pours will be start around 6:00pm. The competition is open to the public to spectate and open to anyone who wants to compete. The competition will have a $5 buy in, and the winner will take the pot and the second and third place will receive something small as well. The coffee and milk for the competition will be provided by the hosting shop, Collective Coffee Shop, along with Cash Holdings LLC. The competition will last until 8:00pm or 9:00pm. It will be a blast for the baristas and for the spectators! We encourage anyone to come and participate, from my experience as a barista no barista feels like they are good enough to compete until they just try it and then the confidence comes! It's so much fun even if you get knocked out first round, they are fun ways to network and get to know other baristas and coffee professionals so encourage your staff to come on by that night even just to hang out! Collective Coffee Shop will have their bar open through the competition and will be offering all coffee drinks at 40% off throughout the entire day and the competition.
