The roaster says, "A simply perfect, approachably sweet coffee, with notes of honeydew melon and balanced acids. This is a coffee everyone can enjoy from one of the most beautiful places on earth. This coffee starts off sweetly with red grape and caramel, ending in a long finish reminiscent of a fresh glazed-donut."
This is Matt's favorite coffee in the store for this season. The amount of residual sweetness and low acidity makes the coffee very approachable and delightful. With a little cream it really does have a sweet pastry taste. While Jessica enjoys the more acidic African blends, this coffee will find a home in the palate of a light/medium roast lover.
